So I decided to eat breakfast after all.
I cooked the Egg Frittata, which involves a powder, some water and the microwave.
For sides, I had an ounce of leftover Easter Ham (protein) diced up and heated in the pan, a piece of wheat toast (carbohydrate) and an apple juice box (fruit). I really like the frittata, it's one of the few (possibly only) warm options from the unrefrigerated Nutrisystem selections. It's reconstituted eggs cooked in a microwave, so if that sort of thing really turns your stomach, it's not for you. If, however, you can live with a bit of manufacturing process in your eggs, it's pretty good. Thea addition of the ham on top definitely doesn't hurt anything.
