Workout, Lunch, Afternoon Workout, Dinner, Workout Again

I meant to lift in the morning, then do 2 hours of Wii Fit before dinner, but I became distracted by other things, so I decided to workout for an hour after dinner.

In my morning workout, I increased weights across the board, and changed up the cardio portion a bit.

8 mins walking stairs
1 set weights
5 mins treadmill
1 set weights
5 mins treadmill
1 set weights

It was a good workout, and left me ready for lunch.


For Lunch, I had Red Beans & Rice With Sausage.  It was pretty good, and I was stoked for my afternoon of Wii Fit and distractions.

For Dinner, I had an augmented Thick Crust Pizza.


It was augmented with some chopped green olives (fat).  For my sides, I had celery (unlimited vegetable), a juice box (fruit) and a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate).  I also did eat my dessert, a bag of BBQ Soy Chips.

After dinner, I mucked about with some things involved in softmodding my old xbox before giving in for the night and engaging in some more Wii Fit.

Despite only finding a very few jobs to apply for, I'm going to go ahead and call this a successful day.
