I ended up eating dinner this evening, as a day of not eating gets to you, at some point.
I had the Sliced Beef Steak with Wedged Potatoes for an entree.
Along with celery (unlimited vegetable), broccoli (vegetable), a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate) and 2 tbsp of light ranch dressing (fat). I decided against dessert, and look forward to a quiet evening with some possible Reach Beta time.
