I grabbed a quick lunch, then hit the balance board.
For lunch, I had the Cheese Tortellini.
It had a fault that's often seen in this particular style of microwaveable packaging: metallic taste. Most of the pasta I ate tasted like tin foil, and there wasn't much of it.
As you can see, the cup was more than half full of sauce, after I was finished. There are worse things in this world, but I really hate not getting a full meal out of one of these things, and the idea of just slugging down sauce was less than enticing. However, I moved on to my afternoon check-up on yesterday's job apps, and some working out.
Wii Fit Plus
Today's Time: 1:50 Minutes
Today's Calories: 928
For those wondering about activities, I'm no longer keeping explicit track of them, although the big 2 are the 10 minute boxing and the 30 minute free step. I typically do 1.5x the number of steps that it states as a "goal" and it doesn't change its measurement of calories accordingly, but I think it is the best part of the workout. I have a cycle I run through to keep the tedium at bay and listen to techno/pop music to keep my ass moving in time.
200 steps start behind board->step both feet on board->step both feet in front of board->step both feet on board->step both feet behind board (lead with right foot)
200 steps start to the right of board->step both feet on board->step both feet to the left of board->step both feet on board->step both feet to the right of board (lead doesn't matter, it's symmetrical)
200 steps start behind board->step both feet on board->step both feet in front of board->step both feet on board->step both feet behind board (lead with left foot)
200 steps start to the right of board->step both feet on board->step both feet to the left of board->step both feet on board->step both feet to the right of board (lead doesn't matter, it's symmetrical)
I think I've now earned the right to eat dinner, so I'ma go do that.
