Workout, Lunch, Workout... Again

Since yesterday was so much fun, I decided to do something similar today, starting off with a pre-lunch workout:

10 mins Boxing
30 mins Free Step
10 mins Boxing

Wii Fit Plus*
Today's Time: 0:56 Minutes**
Today's Calories: 473
*(before lunch times/calories)
 
**(I think this counts time spent listening to instructions, ie "now RIGHT! LEFT! LEFT! RIGHT!" etc.)

Good times, that then lead to lunch.



For Lunch, I had Chicken and Pasta in Cacciatore Sauce.


It was pretty good, and prepared me for an afternoon workout.

10 mins Super Hula Hoop

Good times.  Now, I must cleans myself of the stink of victory.
