Weigh In and Dinner, Again

Once again, I need to roll last night's dinner into my morning weigh in.


Weight:     312 lbs
Body Fat: 45.1%
Water:      42%


For those of you keeping track at home, that brings the official weight loss total to 55lbs.


For dinner last night, I had the BBQ Sauce and Pork Wrap.


It's a pretty good meal, although I'd remembered it as being a bit better.  I'm aware it's not the prettiest thing served on Nutrisystem, but I'll take taste over appearance any day.  For sides, I had corn (carbohydrate), some celery (unlimited vegetable) and some olives (fat).  For dessert, I had my juice box (fruit) and an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.


Now, I'm off to breakfast (lunch) and to work out.
