Dinner is

so much better after you've been working out.


Tonight, I had Rotini with Meatballs in Tomato Sauce.


For sides, I had celery (unlimited vegetable), cauliflower (vegetable), 2 tbsp of light ranch dressing (fat) and a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate).  I also had some BBQ Soy Chips for dessert.

 I'm off to grab a quick shower, before evening TV and some reading.
