Dinner

For dinner, I tried out something completely different.


Orange Chicken Breast With Vegetables and Rice.


For sides, I had celery (unlimited vegetable), cauliflower (vegetable), 2 tbsp of light ranch dressing (fat) and a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate).  For Dessert, I had some BBQ Soy Chips.  The Orange Chicken entree wasn't bad, but it's certainly not a new favorite.  I'd been in the mood for something sweet, and this fit the bill, so from that standpoint, it was a most excellent dinner.  Now, I'm off to shower and try to go to bed at a decent hour.
