Special Dinner

I decided to have a very special dinner, this evening.

Not quite, more like this:

 Delicious Subway Sandvich.

I had to pick up a sandwich and chips for another household member, that is why the big bag.

It's a Subway Club, a 6" of which is 320 Calories.

So, clearly, I could only eat the half.  The other half will be saved for dinner tomorrow.

For toppings, I had lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, olives and pickles with a bit of mustard.  I decided that, rather than treating it as only a replacement for the entree, this would count as a replacement for the whole meal as it contains olives (fat) various vegetables (most from the unlimited category) and green peppers (vegetables).  The only thing I'm missing out on is a fat and, frankly, it was just fine without the fat.

In completely unrelated but even more excellent news, the Halo: Reach Beta started today, so I'll be all over that for the rest of the evening.
