I decided to go with one of the frozen dinners, this evening.
The Chicken Alfredo is quite good.
I forgot to take a picture before starting in, but I trust you can see that my sides were corn (carbohydrate), broccoli (vegetable), celery (unlimited vegetable) and some light bleu cheese dressing (fat).
I decided to have one of my Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert, and I must be really getting somewhere on this diet, because they taste better every time I eat one.
Tonight: more Halo: Reach Beta because I NEED more jetpack. Tomorrow: road warrior time. I don't think I'll bother with fast food, this time, in favor of sandwich shops like Subway or Quiznos. You get much better mileage out of your calories at those joints.
