In other news, I found that I misread the subway nutrition graph (why they have a column for the weight of the sandwich right next to the calorie column I have no idea) and have had to revise the birthday lunch menu.

Revised day's calorie count: 2390 Calories (up 152 from previous estimate)
For Snack, BBQ Soy Chips, 'nuf said.
Dinner was BBQ Sauce over Beef, Beans and Rice.
I had some corn (carbohydrate), celery (unlimited vegetable), broccoli (vegetable) and light bleu cheese dressing (fat) for sides. This is definitely one of the best unfrozen meals, and is great with corn.
For dessert, I had Zesty Herb Mix.
As I've mentioned previously, this is one of the better snacks. Better than chex mix, if you haven't been eating real food for a month or more.
It may or may not be games night. We've got a group of 3 lined up, but our fourth is on the fence, and 5-7 are unlikely. It's all good, 3 is plenty for an exciting evening of matchmaking.
