Weigh In and Breakfast

Good numbers, today.

Weight:     309.6 lbs
Body Fat: 45%
Water:      42.1%


After taking that down, I headed to breakfast.




I had some frozen Homestyle Pancakes this morning.




For sides, I had an egg over easy (protein), a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate) and a juice box (fruit).  You know, the pancakes taste OK when you first get on the diet, but the longer you're on it, the better they taste.  I tend to prefer the cereals to the pancakes and french toast, but they're a nice change of pace every once in awhile.


Now it's time for some job search and then a morning Wii Fitting.  I may have to take some breaks for the Reach Beta, as it's ending tomorrow, and fall is a long way off.
