Workout, Lunch, Workout Some more!

So I lifted and walked on the treadmill immediately prior to lunch, to the following tune:

20 mins treadmill
1 dumbbell set
5 mins treadmill
1 dumbbell set
5 ins treadmill
1 dumbbell set

Those of you keeping score at home will note that I'm up 5 minutes on my initial walking time.  You might be interested to note that I also increased some of the weights for different exercises and speed on the treadmill.

That brings us to lunch, the Turkey Hot Dog.

As I always point out, these meats that come from non-refrigerated packages mildly terrify me, but there are worse things.

Served with a slice of wheat bread and some mustard, this was a good lunch.  It's no Vienna Beef with pickled tomatoes, relish, mustard, onions and peppers on a poppy seed bun, but it will do.  Really, no one on this coast knows what a real hot dog is.

Lunch left me feeling energetic, so I decided to throw down with the Wii Fit Plus for a bit before I hit the showers.

Ok, so it's been a full and exciting day of workout, now I'm going to shower, look at employment prospects, and then have a nice dinner.
