Weigh In of Lateness

So I slept very late today, possibly because I was working out until 11pm last night.

Weight:     298.6 lbs
Body Fat: 41.8%
Water:      44.6%


No crapping has happened yet today, but no eating, either.  I think I shall go walk on the treadmill, either before or after I get a snack.
