Well, I ended up missing lunch, because I got a very late start on my workout.
35 mins treadmill
1 weight set (all weights went up Monday)
10 mins treadmill
1 weight set
5 mins treadmill
According to the HRM, I burned around 1500 calories during my workout, so I decided to grab an afternoon snack.
I enjoyed my bag of BBQ Soy Chips, then hit the showers, as I did not feel up to Wii Fit.
For dinner, I had Chicken Tortilla Soup in my box from another family member.
The soup turned out to be pretty good, and I might order it again. My sides were also pretty good, consisting of celery (unlimited vegetable), cauliflower (vegetable), some light ranch dressing (fat) and a piece of wheat toast (carbohydrate).
Unfortunately, dear friends, I ruined all my good work of the day after a trip to the grocery store, where I was requested to pick up a bag of peanuts, which I ended up splitting with another family member. From weighing the shells/nuts before and after eating, I know I ate 4 oz, or approximately 672 calories worth of peanuts.
I can only say that I will do better tomorrow, and be more careful about skipping meals.

Weigh In, Dinner Last Night and Breakfast This Morning
So I clearly dropped the ball on an update last night. I started to write one, then there was something shiny... I won't bore you with the details.
Weight: 309.6 lbs
Body Fat: 43.6%
Water: 43.2%
The Body Fat/Water numbers are interesting to me, I think I may need to start putting a chart of them together for my own purposes. In other news: Dinner last night.
For Dinner, I tried the Chili with Beans, which was quite good. Thank God for that, because I've got about a dozen of them hanging out in the back of a box.
For sides, I had celery (unlimited vegetable), a bit of light bleu cheese dressing (fat), a juice box (fruit) and a piece of wheat toast (carbohydrate). I also had some Zesty Herb Snack Mix for dessert.
For breakfast this morning, I had some Nutricinnamon Squares Cereal.
For sides: an egg (protein), a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate) and a juice box (cut open and emptied into a glass because there was no straw today, also, it's a fruit).
It's a lifting day, so I've got that to look forward to, and the hope that there will be more job postings today than yesterday.

Lunch and Late Afternoon Workout
So I had lunch, received a shiny new package, and hit the balance board this afternoon.
For lunch, I had Pasta with Beef. It was a pretty decent lunch, and I headed on to my fun and exciting new package.
I had some gift certificates from my birthday, and I decided to put them towards a Polar heart rate monitor watch (with chest strap). I used it during my workout today, and I think I've pretty much got it figured out, but there are plenty of more advanced functions I need to play with. The thing I was most curious about was comparing my Wii Fit calories to what the HRM measured.
Wii Fit Plus
Today's Time: 1:54 Minutes
Today's Calories: 907
Polar HRM
Calories Burned: 1530
Max Heart Rate: 164
Avg Heart Rate: 125
Now, I took a few breaks where I couldn't figure out how to turn off the HRM, so those skewed my numbers on AVG heart rate down a bit, and the calories up by (as near as I can figure) around 200, so it's more like 1300 Calories Burned. Still, that's 400 more than the blasphemous Nintendo games machine was telling me, so I'm going to go ahead and call this a good investment in self encouragement. I know looking down at the little bastard on my wrist and seeing that I'd dropped below 140 made me work harder, so it's gotta be a good thing.
I have unboxing photos/some information if you're considering an HRM/running computer that I couldn't figure out until I took the plunge and had one in my sweaty little hands that I'll put together in an entry sometime either tonight or in the next week. I kind of want more time to play with it before I go around spreading my diabolical misinformation. The one thing I'll mention is I had no idea what I needed to make this thing work with a computer, and am pleasantly surprised to find out I don't need to buy some wireless or RF dongle for it.

Weigh In and Breakfast
Good numbers, today.
Weight: 309.6 lbs
Body Fat: 45%
Water: 42.1%
After taking that down, I headed to breakfast.
I had some frozen Homestyle Pancakes this morning.
For sides, I had an egg over easy (protein), a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate) and a juice box (fruit). You know, the pancakes taste OK when you first get on the diet, but the longer you're on it, the better they taste. I tend to prefer the cereals to the pancakes and french toast, but they're a nice change of pace every once in awhile.
Now it's time for some job search and then a morning Wii Fitting. I may have to take some breaks for the Reach Beta, as it's ending tomorrow, and fall is a long way off.

Workout, Lunch, Afternoon Workout, Dinner, Workout Again
I meant to lift in the morning, then do 2 hours of Wii Fit before dinner, but I became distracted by other things, so I decided to workout for an hour after dinner.
In my morning workout, I increased weights across the board, and changed up the cardio portion a bit.
8 mins walking stairs
1 set weights
5 mins treadmill
1 set weights
5 mins treadmill
1 set weights
It was a good workout, and left me ready for lunch.
For Lunch, I had Red Beans & Rice With Sausage. It was pretty good, and I was stoked for my afternoon of Wii Fit and distractions.
Wii Fit Plus (afternoon workout)
Today's Time: 56 Minutes
Today's Calories: 468
For Dinner, I had an augmented Thick Crust Pizza.
It was augmented with some chopped green olives (fat). For my sides, I had celery (unlimited vegetable), a juice box (fruit) and a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate). I also did eat my dessert, a bag of BBQ Soy Chips.
After dinner, I mucked about with some things involved in softmodding my old xbox before giving in for the night and engaging in some more Wii Fit.
Wii Fit Plus (evening workout)
Today's Time: 1:06 Minutes
Today's Calories: 579
Wii Fit Plus (daily total)
Today's Time: 2:02 Minutes
Today's Calories: 1047
Despite only finding a very few jobs to apply for, I'm going to go ahead and call this a successful day.

Weigh In and Breakfast
Woke up a bit late this morning, but still on time to grab a quick breakfast before time was up.
Weight: 311.2 lbs
Body Fat: 44.6%
Water: 42.4%
I'm happy with that. If I keep my head down and power through, I should hit my 100 lbs goal before the 4th of July.
For Breakfast, I grabbed a Blueberry Muffin out of the box.
For sides, I had an egg over easy (protein) on a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate) with a juice box (fruit). I now feel ready to face the morning job boards and the basement gym.
There aren't usually that many jobs when I first check in the morning, so I normally make a second round of checks right before or after dinner, when the bulk of the business day has finished across the country. The morning checks usually help me round up any that were posted after the evening ones from the previous day, but not so much on a Monday.
All right, time to get to it. Stay thirsty, my friends.

Dinner
I pulled out one of my few remaining frozen dinners this evening, and it was absolutely worth it.
It was the Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells, which are a damned fine meal.
For sides, I had some celery (unlimited vegetable), a juice box (fruit), a few olives (fat) and a slice of wheat toast (carbohydrate). I also put out some BBQ Soy Chips for dessert, but didn't end up eating them. I was too full after dinner to bother with them.
Tomorrow is a lifting day, so I've got that and new job postings to look forward to, along with waking up at my weekday times again. I'm back on a normal workweek schedule, and that means I get to hate Mondays along with all you working people, just with more bitterness.
That's all I've got, party people. Prepare to rock the work week.
